Mitt Romney has a new video out called The Promise of America. His basic message: that he will make America better by returning us to the nation we once were. He doesn't explain what that means, but if you look at this collage of every closeup shot in the video, one thing is clear: the America Mitt Romney sees is really, really white. Like super freaking white. That's not exactly the America I live in, but then again I don't go around in the circles of the super rich. I spent Memorial Day weekend with Puerto Rican, African American, Asian American, and yes, white families. And we were all Americans. Fighting over who won the Throwdown but still mostly friendly. That's the America I like living in and don't really need Mitt Romney's continuation of the devastating policies of rich white plutocrats like we had during the debacle of the Bush era (15 of 19 foreign policy advisors to Romney all worked for Bush, by the way). Anyway, here's the collage of the closeup shots from the video. Golly gee, go Mitt! Douche.
