Having just had a family pet of 18 years die I guesss I can really relate to what she's going through albeit her animal is still alive as far as she knows.
I have a brother in the RCMP who breaks into tears when he thinks about his deceased dog.
An aquaintance ( Montral biker, a tough nasty bit of work) was bawling like an idiot for months after his dog died.
So all I can say is that most pet owners who've had a pet get sick and die on their watch might not be so hard on Ellen.
Loss is loss.

Jan

I find your comments vry cruel about Ellen. If Derek Jeter died even I would be upset.

Have some compassion for a fellow human being.

Michael Young

If Jan died would any of us be upset?

As for the second comment on the post, congrats to who ever the coward is that posted under my name as that was really big of you to hide behind the computer.

As for the third post, congrats to who ever it is for clear and away becomming the biggest low life to have ever posted on this blog. Jokes are fun and humorous and I enjoy them as much as anyone, but there's a such thing as going way over the line. The scum bag that had the audacity to write that should at least have the balls to come forward, not that I would at all expect them to.

Jan, you need to lighten up. One rained out softball game and your going crazy.

oh I forgot to mention that I think Eric Koren posted comment # 3

one person that would miss Jan is the guy he trades the paper with every day
