That's actually not so bad at all. In the last set of games Friday night, so I can enjoy myself to 2 full days before stressing out like crazy when the Orange finally play. Hopefully all the upsets will be over by then.
If we win, we play on Sunday at around 2:40 against the Michigan State/ODU winner.
By the way, I was just on the Syracuse fan forum and they're pretty pleased with our spot in the bracket. No one's happy about being slighted as a 4 seed, especially since every other big conference team seems to have been rewarded for tourney play (Georgia Tech up to #5 for instance), but despite the potentially tough games the first weekend, they really think this is a good bracket to get to the Final Four in. Duke is definitely a beatable #1 seed (much, much more so than Illinois or UNC) and everyone thinks we match up well with them. It's true that our biggest struggles have come against strong, physical inside presences (Pitt, UConn, BC), which is not a Duke strength, so there's that.
Another note: Bilas and Lavin both predicted Syracuse into the Final Four. So did another ESPN analyst online. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
